On Saturday, June 1, 2024, be prepared to witness the extraordinary as our talented dancers take the stage for a magical evening at Charleston's premier performance destination – the North Charleston Performing Arts Center!

Mark your calendars, the excitement begins prior to our big show day for Dress Rehearsals from Tuesday, May 28 to Friday, May 31 at our James Island Studio (349 Folly Rd). Our studio will transform into the vibrant hub for both dress rehearsals and capturing the magic of recital photos with Tumbleston Photography.

Specific Recital show times and Dress Rehearsal days and times will be announced in the Spring of 2024.

    • Single Class Recital Fees vary by class type:​

      • $185 Recital Fee for dancers enrolled in TRAVELING PROGRAM classes and PRESSCHOOL classes at the studio (increases to $205 if paid after 12/15/23).

        • Preschool classes at the studio includes: Tiny Dancers; Preschool Dance; Dance & Tumbling; Ballet Tap Combo; Ballet, Tap & Jazz Combo; Little Kid Hip Hop; Tap & Hip Hop Combo (ages 3-5).

      • $205 Recital Fee for dancers enrolled in Level I through Level VI classes at the studio (increases to $225 if paid after 12/15/23).

    • The Single Class Recital Fees listed above are for dancers participating in the recital with ONE class.

    • Each dancer's Single Class Recital Fee includes 1 costume, participation award and helps cover theater rental and staffing costs for the dress rehearsal week and recital show day.

    • Each individual dancer wishing to participate in the 2024 Recital must pay their Single Class Recital Fee by December 15, 2023.

    • We can ONLY guarantee recital participation for dancers that confirm their participation AND pay recital fees by January 15, 2024. Click the link above for Recital Participation & Fees Form and complete it NOW!​​

    • After January 15, 2024 no recital responses will be collected. We are unable to guarantee recital participation for any dancer that has not fully paid their recital fees by January 15, 2024.

    • Discounts do not apply to any recital fees.

  • Individual dancers that take two or more classes per week AND wish to participate in the recital with two or more classes are considered "MULTI-CLASS DANCERS."

    • Multi-class dancers pay ONE Single Class Recital Fee PLUS any Additional Costume Fee(s) for their additional classes.​

    • Additional Costume Fees must be paid no later than January 15, 2024. Choose your additional costume fee(s) payment dates when completing the Recital Participation & Fees Form linked above.

    • Additional Costume Fees vary by class type:

      • $75 per additional costume for dancers enrolled in ​Tiny Dancers; Preschool Dance; Dance & Tumbling; Ballet Tap Combo; Ballet, Tap & Jazz Combo; Little Kid Hip Hop.​

      • $95 per additional costume for dancers enrolled in Level I through Level VI classes.

    • Each dancer's Single Class Recital Fee (varies based on the class type and when the fee is paid) must be paid by December 15, 2023. Each individual dancer's Single Class Recital Fee includes:

      • 1 costume

      • 1 participation award per dancer

      • Venue rental costs, equipment costs, and staffing costs for dress rehearsals and recital show

      • Memories that last a lifetime

      • The opportunity to grow as a dancer and perform in the best venue in Charleston

    • Fees increase by $20 for dancers that complete the Recital Participation & Fee Form after December 15, 2023. No recital responses will be collected after January 15, 2024.

    • A $15 processing fee will be charged to any dancer that switches classes after December 15, 2023 OR if a dancer requires any additional or expedited shipping costs for costume switching or exchanges after December 15, 2023.

    • A costume will not be ordered for dancers that have not paid their recital fee and they will be unable to participate in the recital.

    • Dancers wishing to participate in more than one class must pay their Additional Costume Fee(s) by January 15, 2024. If an additional costume fee is not paid by January 15, 2024 the additional costume(s) will not be ordered for your dancer and they will be unable to participate in the recital with any class(es) in which they do NOT have a costume.

    • On or before December 14, 2023 an account credit no more than $30 may be applied for dancers who no longer wish to participate in the recital. A costume will NOT be ordered for dancers that cancel their recital participation on or before December 14, 2023.

    • As of December 15, 2023 all recital-related fees are nonrefundable and cannot be used as an account credit.

    • No refunds or credits will be issued for any Single Class Recital Fees or Additional Costume Fees on or after December 15, 2023. This includes dancers that complete the Recital Participation & Fee Form or confirm their recital participation after December 15, 2023.

    • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY FEES are available on or after the fee due date. No exceptions. This includes inclement weather, government shutdowns, recital format or venue changes, schedule changes, family preferences or plan changes, etc.

    • Discounts do not apply to any Single Class Recital Fees or Additional Costume Fees.

    • Each dancers costume will be sized based on the best available size for your dancer. Light sewing or using safety pins may be necessary. If you feel your costume needs alterations beyond light sewing or pinning, we are happy to suggest a local tailor. Alteration costs are at the expense of the dancer.

  • Information on how to purchase tickets for your dancer’s recital show(s) will be emailed to families in the Spring semester. Tickets are separate from the recital fees.
